We covenant to be a people and a place of Christ-like love. We covenant to be a place where Christians are built up and equipped to maturity: as members of the Body of Christ, as members of an individual family, as members of a community. We covenant to be a people engaged in individual and corporate ministry by our service and words, both in our immediate community and around the world. Realizing that the success of the Church depends upon the consecration of its individual members, we covenant together to attend the services of the Church and contribute according to our means for its support, to labor together to maintain its peace and harmony, and, as far as possible, in every way to promote its temporal and spiritual welfare.
